Attending The first Taikai of Kokusai Renmei (someone has to go from Canada) & my own practice.

Hopefully, Kokusai Renmei give us more good information.



* One day Seminar @ Scottish Centre in January 5th (Sat) is all set.

Seminar fee : $ 20/session (2 sessions, 10 am-Noon & 2 pm-4 pm)

Hi Guys.

Just an advance notice,we will be holding our Annual Winter Iaido Seminar again this year at the Scottish Cultural Centre located at 8886 Hudson Street in Vancouver.The Seminar will be held on Saturday,January 5th,2013.
Cost and times of the Training Sessions will sent by E-mail closer to the date of the Seminar.

Visiting sensei: Hiro Inoue Sensei holds a rokudan (6th dan) in Muso Jikiden Eishin Ryu. He is one of the certified Iaido Instructor from Ippan Shadan Hojin Seito Seiryu Muso Jikiden Eishin-ryu Iaido Kokusai Renmei, and he has been teaching Iaido at the University of British Columbia for 25 years.

This is a official message from Vancouver Eishin-Ryu Iaido Club.

We are proud to host the first Kokusai Renmei seminar in North America as followed.
* Date : May 24th (Friday), 25th (Saturday) & 26th (Sunday) Year 2013
* Place : Student Recreation Centre Gym at UBC (University of British Colombia), Vancouver, Canada
* Instructor : Esaka sensei (Hanshi 10th dan) & assistance senseis

This is Esaka sensei's 20th year anniversary of teaching Iaido seminars in Canada.  Also, it might be his last visit to Vancouver.  More details will be posted soon.
