Sake....very little to do with Iaido, but this is really good sake and defintely worth the mention. Koshi no Kanbai is brewed in the sake capital of Japan - Niigata, it is one of the finest sake available. Why the mention you ask? Well, several of these 1.8 litre bottles were consumed over the last few years at our annual summer and winter parties, and the sake deserves some credit for some of the fun we had.
