"We are planning to hold our New Year's Party on Tuesday,January 3rd.We will go to the Blue Star Japanese Bistro again this year.The address is 1935 West 4th Avenue on the north side between Cyprus and Maple Streets.The food will be paid for by our Iaido Dojo
We will have a short practice at UBC Rec from 6:30 to around 7:15 or 7:30 and then head out to the restaurant to meet around 8 pm.So if you can't make it to the practice,you can go directly to the restaurant."
"Our Winter Iaido Seminar will be held on Saturday,January 7th,2012 at the Scottish Cultural Centre located at 8886 Hudson Street.The morning session will be from 10 am. until 12:00 noon.The afternoon session will be from 2pm until 4 pm.Each session will cost $15.Everyone has a good time at these Seminars seeing old friends from Vancouver Island and the Okanagan and practicing together.See you all at the Seminar."
