That's a Wrap!
As with many posts this past weekend, filming for Season 2 of @shogunfx officially wrapped! Although we cannot discuss Season 2 until it's release, we can say that thanks to @bullseye_stunts_inc, Esaka Dojo Vancouver (Vancouver Eishin Ryu Iaido Club) were hired as instructors of swordsmanship to the Toranaga Shogunate's troops. Muso Jikiden Eishin Ryu Iaido was taught to the BG, SAE and some of the cast during season 1's "Bootcamp", what you saw on screen was heavily modified from what we practice in the dojo. Many of our members also participated as BG, SAE, Stunt and Cast. Based on our involvement in Season 1, you can guess our involvement in Season 2! Once again, to Lash, Sanada-san, and the rest of the Shogun FX Team.... かたじけなく候.
