After Practice Tradition

There are times after our regular scheduled class, when the dojo is not used. It's a good opportunity to stick around and get in some extra practice. Some of our newest students did just that today and also got some personal coaching from sensei, who also stuck around today.

A few things discussed after practice were about the upcoming seminars so here is just a reminder of the dates:

Place: Nanaimo

It's getting close and we should all probably start planning on who is going, so that we can plan rides and accommodations.
